Updated, redesigned, redrawn and with very special personal touches, this delightful Thomas version of the classic game is a sure-fire hit for people with the surname Thomas.

Traditionally, Happy Families has been played with cards grouped by professions ("Mr. Cod the Fishmonger", "Mr. Meds the Doctor" etc etc).

Not any more!

The new version is all about the family. Cards are grouped by family events and stages of family life. So there are groups of cards on themes covering typical family events like Christmas, Easter, even family car journeys. Scenarios like these open a rich seam of family comedy and satire. (You know what I mean there!). The cards captures these moments with a wholesome mixture of glee and joy that Thomas families will undoubtedly relate to!

Still other groups of cards are themed with stages of family life. So there are groups like "Thomas Family with Toddler", "Thomas Family with Teenager" and as you can probably imagine, another layer of fabulous family comedy opens up in these illustrations.

The cards  are beautifully drawn and bulging with family joy and good humour. As an added bonus, many of the cards are decorated with snippets of information about the name Thomas, its origins, history, variants and lots more. So on several levels, this is something that every games-playing Thomas will find hugely entertaining and enjoyable.
